We had a wonderful stay. They have excellent amenities, including sparkling and Stillwater on tap and espresso in the lobby. Staff was extremely helpful in providing recommendations for shopping and making reservations at restaurants. When the AC broke in our room, our room was upgraded and we were provided with free drink tickets. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar and restaurant has amazing views of the Eiffel Tower. The lobby has a self serve coffee and tea station along with water refill. Location is great near restaurants and bakeries. The hotel is a short walk from buses and the Metro. I would recommend the junior suite which was very spacious.

Very kind and helpful staff. Front desk (Paul) went out of his way to accommodate. The hotel was in excellent location. We couldn’t use the rooftop deck because a private event was booked, which was partly why we booked. The hallways could be cleaner. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Pillows like pancakes. Besides that, rooms were spacious.
