From the moment our taxi stopped outside, everything was perfect. The staff was courteous and attentive, they answered all of our questions and explained the best ways to navigate the city. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, DO NOT PASS IT UP! Our room was cozy and beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed and wanted. We loved our balcony from which we could see the top of the Eiffel tower. Our stay was wonderful and we would surely stay again if we ever return to Paris!!

Exceptionally helpful and personable hotel. I’ve been to Paris six times and what stands out about this hotel is the effort the staff go to to make their guests feel welcomed and supported. I say this every day during our stay including with other guests including finding opportunities to make recommendations and make helpful suggestions. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The AC in the rooms was necessary and the location, like many hotels across Paris, is well-connected via metro. Great stay. Already recommended to others. And will likely be returning again in a couple years.

A beautiful hotel. I came to Paris in August, when the locals go on holiday. That meant I was able to score a great deal on this hotel. I had looked at a lot of other hotels but I liked the aesthetics of this one and air condition was important. I got the cheapest unit, which does not have a view of the street but rather the back. So no view really but it was nice to have natural light and fresh air. The big pros: - COLD air conditioning which was so nice on those hot days - good amount of space, not the usual postage-stamp sized European rooms - the quietness was wonderful - I enjoyed some of the restaurants nearby, close to transit Minor, tiny gripe: The gentleman who checked me in didn’t seem to understand the Palais Garnier requires reservation tickets and encouraged me to go there in person. When I told him I need to book it online and asked if he could help because my phone browser wouldn’t allow me to do so, it felt like he didn’t want to help. Thankfully his colleague came in and he punted me to her and she was incredibly helpful. A wonderful hotel. Would stay again.

The staff were friendly and spoke very good English. The breakfast buffet was excellent although the dining room was comparatively small. So there was plenty of room for those seated before 8am but it got quite crowded soon after. Our room was always spotlessly cleaned. It also had a very effective air conditioning system that made our nights extremely comfortable. Our main bugbear was that the safe in our room and others it would seem was not working for the first 2 days of our 4 day stay. We were told on the first evening that the technician would look at it in the morning but it was not until the day after that that it was repaired. Because of this I had elected to keep my credit card, extra Euros and English money on my person when out sightseeing, whereas I would normally have stored these in the safe. Unfortunately my wallet was stolen on the Paris Metro and I lost all of these items. If the safe had of been working as we paid for this would not have happened. Anyway the young lady at the hotel reception desk was kind enough to direct us to the Police station where we spent an afternoon waiting to report the crime. With the exception of the lack of a working safe we thought that overall it was a good hotel with pleasant, polite and helpful staff situated in a good location.

We liked the parisian neighborhood, far from the tourist crowd. Only detail the Hotel NH Paris Opera Faubourg was in was in reform, so few amenities. The staff friendly and helpful, many brasseries close by, same with metro stations We liked very much!

Hotel is good enough for evrything. Centrally located and well managed. There was an ongoing renovation at the time but never senn any workers nor did hear any noise. Room was both sğacious and clean however there is too much Metro (subway) noise on lower levels. Not a deak breaker though.

Everything is good, expect the room was not available at the designated check in time of 3pm. After an 13 hour flight with a child, this is essential aspect for consideration. Staff was nice and professional however 2 star is only for not having the room ready at the check in time.
