Staff were very helpful and friendly. A note about the property. It is an old building so there are just stairs (That did not affect us but would affect others who have mobility issues). Our stay was fantastic and would highly recommended.

Hotel was clean and the bathroom was updated, bet was comfortable - but it is a rabbit warren of a building, elevator only starts in the 1st floor so you have to haul bags up from street level. This is not a place for anyone with any mobility issues. Staff were pleasant, but at the price point of this hotel I would try something different for my next visit.

The location is excellent, the amenities (stairs and elevator) are truly a lawsuit waiting to happen. Super dangerous to have the tiny elevator accesible from the tiny stairs. If you have luggage, impossible! Wouldn’t go back

This property is older - from the 1700s, so they do the best they can with the limitations of what can be changed on the hotel since its historic. The staff are the friendliest ever! Would recommend skipping breakfast in favor of a cafe. Laundromat in walking distance. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Can't beat the location, across street from Louvre.

This felt like a "boutique hotel". There was a person at the desk at all times, and each one was extremely friendly and helpful! The location was fabulous. Luggage had to be carried up and down a couple flights of stairs, but their staff helped. The room was comfortable even though a bit small. There was a lot of traffic and tourist noise at times. However, I was glad we chose to stay here for our first trip to Paris because I felt like we got a true European experience.

We had a lovely stay. Pretty unbeatable location, and the hotel had so much charm. Beds, bedding and pillows were all very comfortable and allowed us to adjust to the time difference easily. We did have some troubles with the AC, but otherwise great

The hotel was central to everything. Easy access to the train stations, markets, and restaurants. The staff was nice, accommodating, and very helpful. Everything worked smoothly and we had zero complaints about our stay.
