We liked the location of the hotel. Close to a couple of Metro stops with good cafe/restaurants and boulangeries. Staff was always nice and helpful and the room was clean and tidy. We didn't have the breakfast so no comment. The hotel is nice, just a little tired. The name says a lot, the grey hotel as the furnishings and paint are variations of grey. Overall, I'd recommend the hotel as it was comfortable and friendly.

Booked for 2 adults and 2 children. We opted for the suite on 6th floor for the extra space. The room was spotlessly clean with a lovely view of the top half of the Eiffel tower which the kids loved at night! The hotel is in a fantastic location to experience Paris, away from the tourist trap areas. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful providing us with tips and advice for our stay and the best ways to travel around the city! Locally there is plenty of Restaurants and an amazing Boulangerie next door to the hotel! Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the near future!

The staff was excellent. Pleasant, helpful and efficient. The rooms are Paris sized. That means there is no extra room, but there is a closet and the bathrooms are a good size. We would stay here again.

Fantastic hotel in a great neighborhood!!! So convenient to local Boulangeries, Restaurants, and Bars and a short walk to the train station and bus stops. Very friendly staff and beautifully renovated rooms. Comfortable bed, strong a/c, convenient reading lights, and perhaps the best shower I have ever experienced. Pro tips: 1) It's a 40 minute walk from the Nord train station so recommend an Uber or bus. 2) insert your room key in the little black box to allow room lights to be turned on. There are so many options when choosing where to stay in Paris that it can be overwhelming, but we were extremely pleased with our choice to stay at Le Grey.

Some staff members were more helpful and friendlier than others. Could be because of the language barrier but a couple of staff members seemed annoyed when approached with questions or requests. Location was convenient if you don’t mind walking or taking public transportation. We enjoyed all walks and felt safe! Hotel was clean. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea.

Hotel doesn’t look like a 4 star hotel, it’s mostly 3 star.Breakfast was minimal, very small choice Staff were very friendly and helpful, specially a lady named Maya who helped out at the breakfast was very nice. When I booked a hotel from Expedia, the room I saw online at the picture was completely different from what I was thinking I booked, very small! Compared to the room I booked in Milan ( same vacation week)was same as I aspected like it was on the picture.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Le Grey Hotel. The staff were kind, professional, and attentive, giving us great recommendations about restaurants to try and calling taxis for us. They also went above and beyond to help us in a time of need. Unfortunately, my husband dropped his mobile in a taxi taking us to the train station. Francios at the hotel looked up the taxi and contacted the driver for us. He was able to arrange for the driver to bring the phone to the hotel where our friend could stop by to pick it up. Their efforts saved the day and kept us from having to deal with an expensive and troublesome situation. Our room was very clean and had excellent and quiet Air Con to keep us cool during warm July weather. It was really nice looking, updated, perfect for a family of three with a young child. We were on the 5th floor, and it was super quiet at night. Comfortable bed and a nice minibar fridge with free water and sodas. It was perfect! The lobby is great as well, with a few games and nice chairs to hang out in. We loved the neighborhood: there is a wonderful bakery right there on that block. Overall, we were very, very pleased and would 100% stay there again. Thank you Le Grey Hotel for making our Paris stay a comfortable and pleasant one!
