Very quaint hotel in the Montmartre part of Paris. Many cozy cafes and restaurants in the area. Very quiet and comfortable beds. It’s kept clean. Breakfast is enough to start you for the day. It’s removed from the tourist areas so all the shops and restaurants are neighborhood businesses.

We have stayed several times at Le Grey and had a wonderful experience every time! The room with a large terrace is fantastic. Very peaceful and relaxing after a long day in the city. The room was meticulously cleaned every day, and all of the staff were friendly, always greeting us with a smile and a big bonjour or bon soir. It was the perfect base for roaming all around Paris. Close to the metro and bus lines, and many great restaurants within walking distance. We can’t wait to return!

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. There was a small mix up regarding an included bottle of wine. They said they would look into the issue, once we got back to the hotel, there it was in the room. The next evening Yuri, was so helpful in opening and pouring the bottle for us. We forgot an adapter and they had one we could borrow.

We liked the location of the hotel. Close to a couple of Metro stops with good cafe/restaurants and boulangeries. Staff was always nice and helpful and the room was clean and tidy. We didn't have the breakfast so no comment. The hotel is nice, just a little tired. The name says a lot, the grey hotel as the furnishings and paint are variations of grey. Overall, I'd recommend the hotel as it was comfortable and friendly.

Booked for 2 adults and 2 children. We opted for the suite on 6th floor for the extra space. The room was spotlessly clean with a lovely view of the top half of the Eiffel tower which the kids loved at night! The hotel is in a fantastic location to experience Paris, away from the tourist trap areas. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful providing us with tips and advice for our stay and the best ways to travel around the city! Locally there is plenty of Restaurants and an amazing Boulangerie next door to the hotel! Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the near future!

Some staff members were more helpful and friendlier than others. Could be because of the language barrier but a couple of staff members seemed annoyed when approached with questions or requests.
