A lovely space to rest and relax with a nice pool and good food and drink. Staff were so helpful and responded to requests promptly and kindly. Only issue was the lockers in the pool which were a bit fiddly and mine got locked and wouldn’t reopen. Excellent base for exploring

This hotel was lovely! The beds were so comfortable, could have stayed longer. The shuttle to the Disney parks were so helpful and it only took about 15 minutes. I would really recommend this hotel and would definitely go back!

Fantastic place to stay. It was my daughter’s 6th birthday and the staff had put out balloons and chocolates (without being prompted). Shuttle service works well to Disney, pool is great and so are rooms. Fantastic place!

Amazing hotel- great pool, breakfast and rooms. Lots and lots of positives. The only negative and i found it very frustrating was the front desk. Unfortunately the way its designed is they deal with all queries/request so its just a constant bottle neck - swimming pools towels, room problems, check in and out, telephone queries - they just cant handle the volume of tasks. If they sort this out, it would be fantastic

Rooms are clean, best are comfortable, breakfast buffet is fantastic and the staff are very kind and helpful. The only negative would be the cleanliness of the hotel outside of the rooms. The windows/glass and elevator doors are covered in greasy finger prints and stained hallway carpets. Otherwise a very nice hotel

We stayed at the Ki Space hotel for 3 nights during our visit to Disneyland Paris. We had a Junior suite which was perfect for a family of 4. The room was very clean and spacious. The pool area was clean and a nice addition to your stay. We only used the shuttle bus once as found it crowded and also only running every hour made it easily missed and then a long wait so we used Ubers which only cost €11-13 as DLP is only 10-15mins away depending on traffic. The staff were friendly, a little slow at check in but overall helpful. Breakfast was lovely with a huge selection. We would recommend this hotel.

If you are visiting Disney this hotel is fine to stay. I wouldn’t say it is clean at all, it looks nice on the pictures but the floor in the bedroom wasn’t cleaned. Crumbs in the corners, dried up wine spilt on one of the stools dust in the shelves. We had to ask for the floor to be cleaned twice. Sofas and chairs in the bar area could do with a clean. Breakfast was ok, but quite busy. Shuttle bus was useful.
