The premises were always immaculate and shining. The staff was very helpful and friendly on every occasion. The breakfast choices were good, but the hot items were lukewarm at best. The air conditioning was one-way: cool only. If the room was cooled off for sleeping, there was no real way to heat the room. The front desk did provide a small electric space heater, which did help a lot.

Spring brezk Paris vacation. I would highly recommend this hotel. Really nice clean property, beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. But i would really like to shout out the staff. The were very friendly and attentive. Diana in the mornings and the 2 men at night, i belive one of their names is Justice went above and beyond. Thank you guys fir that. The hotel is in a great location near a lot restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff was so helpful and welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable but like all European hotels are a bit small so take that into account when booking. But the staff really should be recognized for how helpful they are.

Delightful hotel, spotlessly clean, with very helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to help us throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent in range and quality. We booked the amazing sauna facility for private use whilst there - this was an added bonus on top if a brilliant stay. Will definitely book again when next in Paris.
