The location is very convenient. You can go to Eurostar Station, Opéra Garnier and Galeries Lafayette by walk. A lot of good restaurants nearby. The building is a bit old and it is newly renovated. We had 5-night stay. The room is clean and the staff are nice.

The hotel is in a great location. Close to the metro and a 15 min walk from Gare du Nord, plenty of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is an older building, however they have added airconditioning which was a lovely suprise, the bathroom in our room had been recently updated, and they were doing other updates while we were there so it's very well maintained. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast they offer was lovely a nice selection of pastries, cheese, eggs, potatoes, and fresh fruits and veggies. They even had a selection of gluten free treats! A great choice for a budget friendly stay.

First, a great location. Close to a number of METRO stops, easy to get around the city. And there are plenty of restaurants at every price point and cuisine close by. Second, the hotel is lovely. Rooms are reasonably sized and have air conditioning, so they are cool (as summers seem to get hotter each year in Paris). And, the hotel is quiet. I will be back. A great find.

The staff was wonderful. They were renovating/giving the hotel a face lift and it will be stunning very soon. Minimal amenities and the rooms were small (as to be expected in Europe) but nice. We enjoyed our stay.

I like this place as it's a throwback to what Paris hotels were like many years ago -- the friendly and professional staff, the big heavy key, the tiny elevator. It's located within an easy walk of several Metro stations, and is in a great walking area. On the downside, my room was not that soundproof, and the light switches were not within reach of the bed.

We brought our family, which is two adults and five children. We had hotel room rooms right across the hallway from each other, which was really helpful. Also, you drop off your key at the front desk every time you leave the hotel so I didn’t have to worry about losing the key. The rooms are very nice and there was a luggage storage room available for all seven suitcases when we arrived at the hotel before check-in time. Tons and tons of places to eat in the area and it was easy to get to everything we needed to see either by walking or taking the metra. We took a cab from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the train station.

This is a great hotel to use when not wanting to be near touristy places. The room itself was very clean, the bathroom pristine. The hallway on the guest room first floor needs new carpeting or cleaning - something! - it was very stained and looked dirty. The rest of the hotel seemed clean. I had the breakfast buffet, and there were many choices. All hotel staff members I came into contact with were very nice. The room was incredibly quiet. There wasn’t a good view from the window. Overall, I would stay there again, but please clean/replace the hall carpet before I do!

A cute little hotel in an excellent location. Convenient to transportation. No in room refrigerator or place to get ice, which apparently is a very American thing. No conditioner is provided. Elevator is up several steps and very tiny.
