I liked this place! It was kind of run down but the bed was great and clean. I liked the neighborhood a lot. Lots of cafes and cute places. People that complain should not have champagne taste on a beer budget lol.

Close to metro, many Cafes and shops around. Streets full of hairdressers. Beds clean but bathroom did not have the handle, curtain was dirty, almost black and hollow. Hotel should also vacuum and the stairs inside.

This can barely be called a hotel. Better described as a room with private bath - that’s all. Our room had dust and dirt in many places. The street noise was extremely high and only died off around 1:30 AM. The hotel is in serious need of a revamp. We felt unsafe at night on the street below our hotel. Plus factors
 There are a number of restaurants in easy walking distance, and access to the metro is very close.

The rooms were dirty, the staff was rude, they were not helpful with the language barrier at all. There was no ac and no fans in the room. It was truly just to rest your head at night. Would not come back even if I had no other options. The dirty streets of Paris would have been a more comfortable place that this hotel.

Great Location for Metro 4 Line

Everything was great in the hotel, the street outside was very noisy with very loud people, but if you are very tired after a busy day around Paris: you will sleet through it all.

The service it was amazing, I really appreciate the receptionist without talk my language, tried so hard to understand and help me. The service it was 5 starts, but the hotel building it is a bit old, but everything cleaned (can’t complain).

This place is a dump and I can,t believe I paid so much to stay here. The noise is terrible people banging doors and shouting late at night. It was nearly 100 degrees in Paris the room had no air con and not even a fan. The room felt dirty and not clean and there was hairs on my bed sheets.

A fairly basic hotel in a noisy part of town but at least close to a metro station and the Gares Est and Nord. It is an area inhabited seemingly by Africans who appear unable to control their voice level, always shouting at each other. Luckily the double-glazing shut out most of the noise coming from the street. Given that hotels are non-smoking, finding on arrival a cigarette butt floating in the toilet tells you everything you need to know about housekeeping.

No lift and narrow spiral stair case. Peeling paint in room and missing door handle in bathroom. Exposed screws in room and shower rail held together with tape. Friendly, approachable staff but they did not speak English. Wifi was not working for our stay. Wouldn’t recommend but was okay for an overnight stay after a long day of travelling

Check-in took a VERY long time. The man did not speak English (not his fault, this is Paris after-all), but his French was so from-the-gutter that I couldn't understand him. My French is a bit limited, but I understood all other people in France during my week-long visit. Not him. The real surprise was where I was told to park. The garage was about a 15-20 minute walk away, and cost me about $40 US. Made this crappy dump cost more than a far better hotel.

Upon check-in, I was assigned Room 1, but when I entered, I was shocked to find another person already inside. I immediately informed the receptionist, whose “solution” was to move that guest into another room that looked like a dirty warehouse and tell me to take Room 1 without cleaning it first. Because of a language barrier, it was difficult to communicate, but I asked for a different room. The room I was moved to was in terrible condition, it smelled awful, like body fluids, the bedsheets and towels were stained and dirty, there was no toilet paper, no hangers, the bathroom light didn’t work, and flush is not working! as described in the hotel listing. When I asked for clean sheets and towels, the replacements were also visibly stained. I requested cleaning, but the receptionist told me to just open the window. Within an hour of lying on the bed, my skin started itching, and I felt so uncomfortable and upset. This experience completely ruined my holiday and made me feel unsafe and distressed. The room was unsanitary, misleadingly advertised, and unfit for guests. I am requesting a full refund as the service I received was not as described and far below any acceptable standard. I am requesting a full refund for my hotel booking due to an extremely distressing and unacceptable experience. CANT UPLOAD THE PHOTOS BECAUSE OF FILE SIZE

Je signale la prĂ©sence de cafards (photo Ă  l’appui), on me rĂ©pond que c’est normal car il y a des travaux. PrĂ©sence de moisissure au plafond et sur les murs suite Ă , je prĂ©sume, une infiltration d’eau. La porte de la chambre ne fermait pas bien. Des tĂąches sur la literie, des lumiĂšres qui ne fonctionnent pas, 1 prise pour toute la chambre, ... Les communs sont sales et malodorants, ce qui est fortement annonciateur de ce qui se cache derriĂšre les portes des chambres... Aucun remboursement ne m’a Ă©tĂ© accordĂ©, bien que je n’ai pas pu y passer la nuit et sur j’ai dĂ» trouver un autres hĂŽtel.
