Really great location for solo travelers, lots of restaurants nearby and main sites were in walkable distance! Metro was also nearby and convenient, especially to get to and from the airport (CDG). Overall great stay, will definitely be back!

Hotel is in a great part of town. Less than 10 minutes walk to the Louvre and Seine. Lots of good places to eat. Close to metro stops. The staff are very friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions. The morning breakfast is very good and more than a typical continental. The hotel is clean and pretty well maintained. It is an old building with lots of character. We stayed for 3 nights and would happily return. Only negative is the lift is not on the main floor. You have to get your bag up to the floor above ground level, floor 1, for the lift to the higher rooms. Again staff is more than willing to help you with your bags.

Air Conditioner and refrigerator were broken and no effort was made to repair them. Staff did not offer to switch rooms. Wifi was intermittent. Location is good, however, keep in mind that excessive heat and cold will ruin your trip since the A/C is not working.
