This hotel has exceeded my expectations as staff were helpful and delivered excellent customer service. Breakfast was wonderful and our room was always clean and tidy. The place is close to restaurants and convenience stores. I will definitely will come back to this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the metro and Eiffel Tower. We had a great stay and the bed and room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good and much needed for a busy day walking around Paris. The staff were helpful and friendly. There is a useful laundry place down the street and also a few options for supermarkets and local cafes and bars.

I really enjoyed my stay. The reception team was friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The location was excellent - just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and close to plenty of local shops and cafes. Great service and a fantastic location made this a wonderful place to stay.

We stayed recently in this hotel Eiffel Saint Charles and we had an amazing experience. Rooms were very clean, washrooms were very clean. You can view Eiffel Tower from the hotel. We saw blinking lights on Eiffel from downstairs. Breakfast was simple and good. All in all will definitely consider this for my next stay as well.

The hotel was beautiful, located right next to the train stop Dupleix just a quick walk. The breakfast was incredible and the staff was friendly and very kind. I I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Paris. Loved the rooms were very nicely decorated and the AC temperature was wonderful! We visited during the heat wave in May 2026. And the hotel was extremely comfortable. They also kept our bags while we toured on checkout day! Extremely helpful!
