The hotel was simply charming and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to answer questions about the area including getting a weekly pass for the metro and provide information about restaurants based on my preference. They were also very accommodating; allowing me to leave my luggage at the hotel while I explored. Breakfast was also amazing. There were a variety of breads, pastries, cheese, meats, fresh fruit, hot and cold beverages in addition to the standard scrambled eggs, potatoes, and bacon you normally find at hotels back home. I would definitely recommend Hotel Duquesne Eiffel and will stay there again in the future.

That staff was so helpful. The breakfast was a perfect size for a quick bite. The room was gorgeous and always cleaned well. You do have to ask the front desk to turn on the air since they control it. It was very close to everything we wanted which made it easy to walk around the city.

The hotel was pretty with breakfast included. We enjoyed the breakfast for the but the room itself the size of a closet. The room seemed bigger on the photograph online. We were not prepare with the amount of space that it had. Additionally, we booked an additional night because we were going to arrive at 7 AM but our plane was delayed for four hours arriving at 12 PM at the resort. we had already lost our breakfast and nap that day. When speaking to reception about it to see if we can get a credit or coupon or anything we got nothing not even a coupon to buy an ice cream. Very disappointing. Our first time in Paris.

We had booked the best room with the view of the Eiffel Tower and it was a tiny room! Guess you pay top dollar just for the view. Really constrained in space overall, not just in the room, but in the overall property. Always short-staffed, and when I needed something, I was asked to come down to the reception instead of them coming to the room (if I needed it right away). They need to invest on staff. Breakfast was excellent though, and great coffee!

We loved our stay at this hotel! The room was cozy and had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. The walls were thick, so we didn't hear any other guests or street noise. The breakfast was great and the coffee machine was the perfect amenity. They are strict about the check-in time being 3 p.m. or later, so know before you go!
