Convenient to Gare Du Nord so makes travelling around Paris easy. Staff were 10/10. There is a laundromat 100m down the road which is fantastic if you are desperate for cleaning clothing.

Older but well maintained hotel, close walking distance (less than 5 minutes) to both Gare du Nord and Gare d'Est in Paris. Small but functional room. Bed was comfy. Air conditioning worked well, as did the wifi. Breakfast was solid, with a reasonable number of cold (and a few hot) choices.

Hotel is very close to the train station, which makes it convenient for getting around. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful. The surrounding station area can feel crowded and a bit rough, and overall it doesn’t feel very clean or comfortable to spend time in. This is more about the general area than the hotel itself. Rooms are quite small, and the beds are also on the small side. It works fine for a short stay if you mainly need easy transport access, but it’s not ideal for comfort, space, or a relaxed environment.

The front desk Manager was amazing, my wife has accessibility issues and he is using walker. He helped me in giving her disability access room, he was very kind. The cleaning lady was very supportive by keeping our room nice and clean. Overall very good experience. If I come again in Paris I will stay in the same hotel.
