I didn’t get a chance to grab the woman at the fronts name who checked me in, but she was absolutely lovely. She also checked me out too ahaha! The breakfast is realllyyy good tbh. Amazing coffee machine, and it’s easy to use, because some coffee machine are a total SOB to figure out… but this one’s perfect and super easy to use.

This hotel is just outside of Paris and very close to the Metro so easy to get downtown. The area is safe and has a lovely Saturday market. The hotel itself is clean and the staff is friendly.

I really liked how close it is from the transportation station, even that is not exactly in the downtown Paris, I was able to see the Eiffel Tower from my room so I couldn’t forgot that I was there 😍 Staff is amazing, they speak several languages and I didn’t have any issues with communication in English or Spanish. Had a lovely 2 night stay at this property. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Bed was a nice size, firm but comfortable. There was a good variety of options for breakfast. The hotel was a block away from the tram so was easy enough to get into Paris. The only thing is that the rooms are not at all sound proof so it’s easy to get woken up by people coming in/leaving late. Overall I have a great stay. It definitely met my expectations

Maybe we arrived at the wrong time, since maintenance was being done on the hotel, and so it was noisy with all the pounding. It was away from many restaurants and we had to order thru Uber eats most of the time. Not accessible to stores and food places. Beds were clean anyway and no bedbugs. Frontdesk staff too were accommodating.

The property is dated compared to the photos. It was not clean and the air con was not working in 35+ degree of temperature in Aug. We complained about that but they could only offer us a fan which was not enough. The only suggestion we were told by the reception was to email the Manager but it has been almost a month a no response. The breakfast was the only good part. Avoid if you can.
