Lovely room with aircon and accessible location right near the Arc de Triomphe. Streets around are full of restaurants, shops and stalls. No elevator on a hotel with 6 floors is a downside and no offer or even hint of assistance to get luggage all the way up and down the winding staircase was somewhat in line with our French experience. Would probably find an equal quality room in a more accessible Hotel.

The staff were helpful and kind. I liked the location, short walk to two metro stations which allowed us to explore more of the city during our short visit. The room was a bit dirty (swept instead of vacuumed) when we got it so we asked for another cleaning which made it a bit better but still a bit underwhelming.

The hotel has a great location. My room was very small and unexpectedly my restroom was located outside of it. They use the old key system for the locks, both my room and restroom had the same key. Housekeeping did not bother to change my towels, they just made my bed look better when I already left it made in the morning. Overall, I would give them another chance, because it was great price and great location. The staff were also super and very helpful. Just don’t expect anything special here. Oh, and they don’t have any safe inside the room which felt awkward for me.

One of the cleanest 2 star hotels I’ve ever been in. Was pleasantly surprised to see each room getting steam cleaned during my stay. Exceptionally convenient location for the price (€68/night). On the downside, having to leave your key with concierge every time you leave is inconvenient and the wifi was pretty unreliable. Additionally, my room was cleaned with strong smelling chemicals and I had difficultly sleeping due to the shoe-polish like odour; the staff’s only suggestion was to leave my window open. Still, I’d likely stay there again.

The hotel room is painted black and low lighting so without the curtains open and daylight hours you couldn’t see very well. The shower head was uncontrollable and sprayed all over the floor with no shelving to put soap or shampoo. NO elevator so luggage had to be carried up many flights of narrow dark stairs, ok if you only have one small bag but we are travelling for three weeks and had 4 piece's of large luggage at 50 lbs each and my husband couldn’t believe it! The staff were friendly and spoke English very helpful to communicate. Missed breakfast every day because it was cleared by 10 am, would have appreciated a fridge in the room however the staff let me keep my medication in theirs. Overall very small dark rooms and lots of winding uneven stairs so we would not stay again.

The place is extremely clean, has A/C in the unit ..the only downfall there's no 'lifts or elevators' to the top floors. For breakfast, I had my own. The Arc of the Triumph & the train is actually 11 minutes away. It was great location. Right next to it the souvenirs stand was closed by..the owner was very nice.

This Hotel was fabulous. The room was great and the location was even better, it was facing a boulangerie, and above a fromagerie. Also the street has many places to eat, Greek food, cafés, and much more. There is also a cool flower shop down the street. The Maât is about a 10 min walk to the Metro and 15 from the arc de triomphe, but it doesn’t feel super touristy. All in all, we can’t wait to come back.
