This is a very cute hotel in a great location. There are many restaurants around and the view of the Eiffel tower is just a short walk away. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay here again.

The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms and modern and comfortable. The location is perfect for tourists—it’s an easy walk to many of Paris’s most popular tourist attractions. The staff is very friendly as well. We’d stay there again for sure.

Newly opened in April of 2026 and completely renovated. Beautiful hardwood floors, large tiled bathroom and comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Located in the 7th district, about a 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and walkable to anywhere in the city centre. Would definitely stay again.

The motel was clean and appears new. Rooms are very large compared to Paris rooms. Air conditioner, was a lifesaver during the June heat wave. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at the Eiffel Yard hotel May 20-23, 2026. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It is located very close to the Eiffel Tower and many restaurants as well as 2 metro stations. Very convenient for visiting all the Paris attractions! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful on check in. Any time we passed by the desk we received a warm bonjour and they asked about our days plans. We recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we return to Paris.

The location is perfect, but the hotel room is not that good considering you’re paying for a junior suite. They didn’t provide any toothbrushes or toothpaste, which was inconvenient because, for the first time, we didn’t bring any. My husband had to go out and buy some instead. Also, their body gel was empty, and the hand gel was empty as well. We borrowed an iron, but they didn’t even include an ironing board, so ironing a suit on the bed was very difficult. They also didn’t inform us what number to dial if we needed anything, so we had to go down to the lobby again just to ask for assistance. The breakfast area is also too small. Only one staff member was very friendly — the one who helped us during check-in.

Had an amazing stay in the junior suite as a group of three, especially considering it’s your first week open. The suite was incredibly spacious, easily double the size of most Paris hotel rooms which made a huge difference to our comfort. Everything was spotless, modern, & beautifully decorated. We had a first-floor view of the Eiffel Tower &the three windows opening onto a Parisian street overlooking the entrance to the Champs de Mars made it feel even more special waking up to that view was unforgettable. The location is unbeatable, with lovely restaurants, cafés & shops right on the doorstep. We could simply walk across the street & be at the entrance to the Champs de Mars with the Eiffel Tower in full view. As females travelling with two 18-year-olds, safety is always a priority, we felt safe both in the hotel & the surrounding area. The secure entrance with locked doors gave extra reassurance, especially when returning at night. The hotel exceeded our expectations with thoughtful extras, built-in phone charging points and a wide range of amenities including toothbrushes, toothpaste, & women’s sanitary products, all presented in cute boxes. The room also had Netflix, a coffee machine, & safe, making everything easy & comfortable. What truly stood out was the service the owner personally greeted us on arrival & couldn’t do enough, along with the team who were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. After 5 visits to Paris this has been my favourite -highly recommend

My son and I spent 8 nights at the Eiffel Yard Hotel. The room and the bathroom were beautiful. The shower was fantastic. The hotel is close to many points of interest and restaurants. It is also close to the Metro and there is a taxi stop right in front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our stay such a wonderful experience.
