You must understand, this is a SHORT STAY hotel for when you are passing through the Paris airport. Do not book this place for longer stays. My single room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. To find the SHUTTLE from the airport, go to the top level above the train station. When you find the sign in the photo I include here, go UP one more level and look for QUAI 2. I have stayed here twice, and both times it was very convenient for flying out the next day.

This is the first hotel that we had without Air Conditioning therefore it was very inconfortable during this hot season. We were provided with a small ventilator totally inadéquat for the room size. The befs were limited in terms of confort. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel was great but with our early flight the shuttle did not work (which was one of the reasons we stayed here). The free breakfast was nice- but it was very far from the city and a very expensive uber right in (and confusing train route). We would have stayed in the city center despite our early flight to have one expensive uber rather than five. Staff was nice, room was clean- but we needed a couple extra towels and they wanted to charge for those.

We had booked a family room months in advance for our family of 5 with 3 young children. When we arrived we were given a dormitory room instead without any notice or explanation! The hotel had been overbooked without any notice. The receptionist was not helpful, only provided a $20 refund. Very humid and warm room, noisy near a mechanical vent. The AC in our room leaked on our clothes. When complaining to the staff, their only response was to tell us to turn off the AC and use a towel to wipe the leaked water ! Good breakfast otherwise. What a disappointment, we were really looking forward to enjoying the family-friendly room and amenities.

The property was very disappointing, the rooms were small and there was still trash from the previous guest. Towels were kind of dirty and the pillows were horrible.
