This hotel was perfect for our visits to the Disney parks in Paris. It is ideally placed a 10 minute walk from the entrances. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fantastic. We had a wonderful time.

Our first time at Newport Bay. Check-in was easy and very nice service. Beautiful looking hotel, location for Disney parks is perfect. We had 2 rooms next to each other. Rooms were ok. A few little things like the drawers didn’t slide out or close easily, kettle wire was temperamental (reported and serviced quickly), cracks in sinks and chips of wood missing from door frames. Shower gel dispenser was almost empty when we arrived but refilled the next day. The coffee and water is not refilled daily, as you would likely get with most hotels, however I knew from other reviews and took my own. Beds and pillows super comfy. Any interaction with staff was polite and friendly. Overall happy with our stay. Hotel rooms need a refresh as others have mentioned. Would definitely stay here again though.

Staff was friendly, but not Disney friendly. Food options were very limited. In the bar lil items were premade so you couldn’t make by adjustments. The hotel was not very Disney themed at all. Overall the view of the lake are was pretty, not too far of a walk from the parks but because I love Disney, I would stay at a different Disney hotel if and when I come back.

Hot room- thermostat would not allow change of fan or temperature. No electrical outlets- found one usb on television, none in bathroom or bedside. Only One dining option in hotel. Except finger food in bar. Balcony no awning and floor dirty. Staff was okay, not Disney Brand friendly or extra helpful. Definitely convenient to the Park.

Staff were lovely. Hotel is close to Disney. The problem is that it's not very ADA accessible and the rooms were not maintained well. The TV barely worked and the showers were not great. If I didn't have a wheelchair it would have been better.

It was nice being so close to the parks,the hotel was nice but wouldn’t give it 4 stars more a 3 star, it’s a huge hotel and so busy, the reception was constant chaos as was the restaurant at breakfast, the room seemed clean but had a weird smell we only stayed 2 nights so put up with it, we felt the rooms needed an update and a good spruce !
