This was our second stay at the Citizen M Paris Opera. We found the hotel to be just as good as the first time round. If you know what to expect from the Citizen M brand, this is a great example. Starting with a warm welcome when you arrive weary from travel (with an easy check-in experience), you can start relaxing very quickly. The hotel's real main selling point is its location. Within walking distance of a huge array of the "big" Paris attractions and minutes away from Metro and train stops with access to the others, or trips further afield. Just far enough out of the way to be in a quiet spot but with a wide variety of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby catering for every taste and budget. The staff in the bar are always friendly and open for a chat or to offer tips and ideas for your stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very quiet. The layout is quirky but as mentioned, if you know what to expect from Citizen M, it offers everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

The room was small, but clean and modern. We were so happy to have Air conditioning in Paris! And the AC was great! Staff was friendly, there is a bar next door and you can hear people in the streets late at night. But it did not hinder our experience.
