The hotel location is great and the buffet breakfast was a nice little touch along with the lovely lady that serves and keeps a cheerful vibe. The bathroom was clean but we had a problem with bath which had to be fixed the next day.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. However, a request sent 4 months previously was never answered or acknowledged at check-in. The check-in staff was not particularly friendly, helpful, or knowledgeable. The elevator did not work, but they did have someone carry our suitcases up to our room for us on the first day. It wasn't a great introduction to Paris, but everything turned out okay.
