A lovely property that looks newly refurbished, in a great location - two metro lines, the Louvre and Westfield shopping centre all within walking distance. It’s located on a quiet side street, so there’s almost zero noise at night. The room was nice and clean, and the AC was a godsend in the summer heat! I went at peak time, so obviously the room was a bit pricey, but that was to be expected. The only negative was the WiFi, which was a bit spotty at times, but it wasn’t a huge issue. Also, please note that for some reason Expedia shows the wrong location for this place on the map - the real location is correct on Google Maps, and since it’s not too far off, it’s not a big deal.

We had a great time in Paris and our stay was perfect. The apartment was just right for a week stay with a small kitchen and nice bathroom, beautiful room and comfortable bed. It was spotless and tastefully decorated. The AC worked well (thank you, it was very hot) and we found it a refuge from the heat and bustle of the city at the end of the day. The host was quick to respond and check in was easy. The location was excellent, easy walk to Notre Dame, Louvre, and the Marais. It’s not a touristy spot so it was quiet at night and had a more local feel at the bistros and shops. Nothing but good things to say about our stay here and the host. Thank you very much, we felt this rental was worth the money.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The hotel advertises air conditioning, but there was effectively no air conditioning during my stay. When I complained, they briefly provided a temporary solution, only to take it away a few days later, leaving me once again without any real cooling despite the hot weather. The most disturbing part of my stay was that staff entered my room without my knowledge or consent. That is completely unacceptable and made me feel that my privacy and security were not respected. To make matters worse, there is no staffed front desk. When you need assistance, you're completely dependent on someone deciding whether they want to answer their phone or messages. Sometimes they simply don't respond, leaving guests with no support. The advertising does not match the reality. If air conditioning, privacy, and customer service are important to you, I strongly recommend staying somewhere else. I would not return and cannot recommend this hotel.
