The location is perfect! The place itself is very clean and well equipped. They have 1 laundry machine and supply you with laundry pods, so you can pack less if you like. The staffs are helpful! Some of their replies are AI but it doesn’t take long for a real human to respond, but the AI was good to begin with.

It was a tight fit for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) but we didn't mind as we were just using the place to sleep and not hang out. Great location with lots of cafes and easy access to public transportation. Staff was very responsive when we had questions about the AC and washer/dryer. Would stay here again.

Apartment was perfectly appointed, including a large shower and washer/dryer. The neighborhood is quite lively, but if you’re sensitive to noise you may need to keep the windows closed. The staff responded quickly to an issue with the television. I have no complaints. This is truly a wonderful property and I will stay there again!

The apartment has everything you need with kitchenette (cooktop, microwave, minifridge, coffee maker), washer, great bathroom with separate toilet room, bedroom, and small patio. Everything is very well laid out and efficient. Bed is large and comfortable. We appreciated that there are outlets on each side of the headboard under the small tables. The outdoor area was very hard to access as the door is next to the bed and there is very little room to open the door. The neighborhood is very lively with pedestrian streets full of restaurants, shops, and grocery items close by. Walking to major attractions was easy and felt very safe. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Great apartment in a great location

Lovely clean apartment in a great location, heaps of restaurants and bars nearby. Comfy bed, huge shower with excellent water pressure. Having a washer/dryer in the apartment was really convenient! The luggage lockers worked well on the day we checked out.

This place is conveniently located close to Louvre and other attractions are easily accessible with lot of dining options. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Rooms were clean, as shown in the picture and well equipped. There is a small elevator which can fit 2 people without luggage. There are free lockers which are available even after checkout till the end of the day which was convenient. Would definitely recommend.

The location was excellent. The security outstanding. The decor lovely. The service really good until they started ignoring me because they couldn't figure out the wifi issues we encountered. We had it find on day 1 and then not again for the rest of our 5 days. We had to pay more money to extend our personal travel data on our phones x 4 as a result of not getting wifi for the 4 other days. The washer/dryer in the unit should only be used for absolute needs. Its a combined small unit that takes 6+ hours to complete one small load. Don't plan on using it to supplement lack of packing. We absolutely recommend the units for families.

The property management checked in with us right away to make sure everything was good. At one point the elevator wasn’t working and they fixed it within a couple hours. AC was good. Quiet street yet close enough to cafes, bakeries etc. We would stay here again.

Location is amazing! The apartment was very cute and well stocked with comfortable beds. Some points that weeee minor but could be addressed: There is some wear and tear such as ripped wallpaper and chipped paint on cabinets. The sofa seat cushions would not stay on when sitting and kept slipping out. The washing machine ruined our clothes on the wash dry cycle and took 4 hours. Would be good to have a guide for that. Overall it was amazing and we would stay again.

Overall, I like this apartment hotel. Pros - Location is great, is on a block next to main streets where you can find restaurants, supermarkets, stores. Is 15 minutes walk to Louvre Museum and close to their train stations. Size of the apartment is fine for 4 (2 Adults and 2 Teenagers) with 1 bedroom, 1 sofa bed in the small living room with the open small kitchen, small toilet room, and separate shower room. The Wi-Fi works fine and the apartment seems clean. Cons - The negatives are based on my personal experience in this apartment hotel. We got the apartment on the 4th floor; their stairway is small and curves with uneven size steps. They do have an elevator but is small and only fits a maximum of 2 people (plus size, 1 person), if you have big luggage, it might be an issue. For the apartment, we had issue with the door keypad as the battery was running low and didn't work a few times. All communications with the staff or IA are through WhatsApp and a bit hard to find a real person to communicate our concerns. They did replace the battery the next morning. They have a wash/dryer combo machine, but we can't figure out how to operate this thing correctly or it just works differently than USA machines. Just to dry my clothes seems to take 5-6 hours and it bangs loud. It also got so hot, it ruined my pant and burned off the glue on the zipper. AC doesn't run cold enough, I think is EU thing. Thank God the weather was nice when we were in Europe at end of August.
