The property is in a great location - lots of food and shopping nearby, easy to hop on the metro, and walkable to many things. The host cleaned the apartment each day, which was nice and unexpected. Highly recommend!

We were situated a few minute walk from a couple metro stations, lots of eating establishments and shopping. It was was located in a nice area of Paris. It was great to have use of a washer and dryer.

The property was very nice. The kitchen was very useful, as well as the storage cabinets. Some areas like the entrance to the room and the bathroom were very tight spaces, but manageable and well worth it for the price and location. Location was great -- very close to a Metro station and bus stop, and surrounding area was very safe (there was a school right across the street). There is no live receptionist, everything is self-managed with any issues communicated digitally with an agent. Everything was very professional and there was still daily cleaning.

This place was wonderful - a seamless experience. Easy self check in. The bed was comfy, shower was nice, soaps provided, even coffee pods and other kitchen basics. Air conditioner worked great. Location was fantastic in a great neighborhood. Even had a place to put our luggage on site when we had a night time flight the day of our check out. That was super convenient. Thanks again for everything!!

Clean room. Amazing location. Rooms are close to each other but noise did not seem to be an issue. Only noise from the school near by during the day. Lockers are useful. The temperature adjuster didn’t seem to work, it was slightly colder than desired but not intolerable.

Great location in Paris

What an amazing property such close location to centre if Paris. Self contained with all we could need to cook. The bed was most comfortable, shower great. So quiet inside. Having a laundry on site is such a plus when travelling. So close to everything, supermarket, metro, bus coffee shops and restaurants and variety of shops. There is a great fresh fish shop around the corner. Can highly recommend this accommodation.

I stayed for 6 nights in May 2026. it is quite newly renovated but everything there are small but functional (very common in Paris). location is great and walkable to everything but kinda tucked away from all the noisy bars and night life of Marais. highlights: 1. Luggage locker: I loved their luggage locker made me feel safe. I didn’t lock my lock properly (my bad) and came back 6 hours later and luggage are still safe. 2. Elevator: it is tiny but i’m just grateful there is one after waking 25,000 steps a day in Paris. 3. there is no front desk or on site staff, which wasn’t an issue for me, never felt unsafe while staying there. 4. A/C: I stayed for 6 nights during paris heat wave, and extremely grateful about the strong central AC they have. 5. housekeeping: they do provide daily housecleaning. there is a french hot keeping guy who has been super friendly and helpful when I stay there on my solo trip. even though we had language barriers, the experience was very pleasant and he was very helpful. one thing to consider if you are sensitive to noise is that sound proofing of the room isn’t great. I can hear my neighbor get off their bed and every step walking in their room and their TV sound too. luckily most people staying here were out being tourists most of the day, so impact wasn’t too bad.

A plus is the near by metro station and the amazing location .only down side in my opinion is the school across the street ,it can get a bit noisy in the early morning and afternoon, but only if u plan to get up late. But for the person that doesn’t mind it and will spend most of the day exploring the city , this place is an amazing choice .

Apartment had everything we needed. Did not make use of the full kitchen facilities but it was good to have as an option. You can hear noise from apartment next door and above so this did cause some sleep disruption but not a major issue on the odd occasion. A comfortable stay overall.

Very well located and the room was very clean. Would have been good value for money if we hadn't had to have so much contact with their customer service team. Our experience would have been much better if: - There hadn't been another guest in another room smoking and the smell travelled down the lightwell into our room - Customer service was more responsive and better at relaying information in a timely and considered manner It took them ten days after our holiday ended to address our complaint about the smoker. They offered a 10% refund. However, they are only honouring this refund after me having to chase them again and getting Hotels.com involved.
