Zero Service facility

You should know that in this "hotel" you have to do everything yourself including cleaning the bathroom, make your own bed, broom and clean floors and take out trash that is 5 min walk from your apartment. In addition bring your own shower gel and shampoo as it's not provided either. When leaving you need to take your sheets with you and take it to their laundry. Zero service is provided.

On devait récupérer le logement a 16h on a pu le récupérer que a 17h et on a du le redonné a 10h 174€ 😕 Il y'a des travaux a prévoir dans le logement. Les 2 piscine sont un plus surtout quand on peux pas aller avec une interdiction.

Logement correct, Propreté limite par endroits. Espaces communs entretenus moyennement. Spa, pataugeoire et sauna pas disponible en plein mois d'août. Manque d entretiens globale sur toute la résidence. Dommage car autrement c'est vraiment agréable. On a quand même passer un bon séjour

Déplacement Parentis

Complexe très sympa avec piscine couverte et une ouverte. Parking et commodité un excellent restaurant pour y manger avec une super équipe. Petit bémol la literie trop dur à notre goût et les logements pas équipés de clim donc baies vitrées au soleil toute la journée en cas de fortes chaleurs les logements sont difficiles à y vivre. Mais nous avons passé un excellent séjour même si c’était pour le travail.

Posizione ideale per visitare i dintorni e a 5 minuti a piedi dal lago di Parentis. Appartamento ampio ma organizzato male: l'armadio era unico per boiler, scope e vestiti (non il massimo dell'igiene), il letto era posizionato davanti alla cucina e quindi davanti al frigo che di notte fa rumore mentre l'area pranzo era in un'altra zona dell'appartamento (fare al contrario no?); letto non matrimoniale ma alla francese. Il phon va chiesto, tutto il resto presente. Ambiente pulito. Orari della reception poco elastici ma staff cortese.

Maisonnette confortable

Le domaine propose des hébergement dans des maisonnettes très bien aménagées. La location avait tout le confort pour un séjour optimal (coin cuisine, salon, salle de bain, petite terrasse privative,...). Seul bémol, le coin chambre était un peu petit. Une piscine est également accessible (très agréable en fin de journée). Autre avantage, le site est à quelques centaines de mètre d'une voie vélo aménagée ce qui permet d'aller faire de belles ballades en toute sécurité (Voie séparée des voie de circulation automobile)

Séjour indigne d'un hôtel 3*

Réception peu aimable, non digne du statut 3*. Pour un séjour "3*", accès à la chambre par l'extérieur sur un escalier en bois difficile , branlant et peu sécure. Le lit n'était pas fait, les draps étaient sur le lit. Chambre non climatisée, très mal dormi à cause de la chaleur. Pour le prix payé, on espérait mieux... État des lieux exigé au départ de la chambre, mais non fait à l'arrivée.Il fallait faire le ménage et rapporter le linge de lit et toilette à l'entrée dans un sac .

Les joints de la baignoire sont noirs. Des toiles d’araignées et des araignées partout. Du mobilier abîmé, bouilloire qui fait tout disjoncté. Comme d’habitude un excellent séjour en villa 3 chambre , superbe terrasse , grand séjour . Propreté irréprochable.Établissement très accueillant souriant et surtout d’un calme olympien. Bien mais vieillissant

Le village est bien situé. L'accueil sympathique. Le logement est bien conçu et pratique mais vieillissant. La literie pas très confortable. Robinetterie de baignoire détraquée. Vaisselle totalement dépareillée. Pas plus de soucis que ça puisque je viens visiter la famille demeurant sur Parentis, je n'y suis que pour dormir et le petit déjeuner.
