“Staffs are so cooperative”

“We spent a wonderful 5 days here in November. Great location among the trees. Woken to birdsong. Staff really helpful and friendly. Star man is the chef Thomas (Thomas Cook as he told us), who served us some brilliant meals. Tip: it’s worth getting a single cottage for the peace and the view ”

“Below expectations! Disappointing. Renu down property. The cottages were not very well kept. Lot of wear and tear - broken cloth hangers, broken kettle, leaking wash basin etc. silver lining - the ala carte meals were tasty though not much selection in the menu. Buffet was bad! Quite inside from the main area. So no choice except to manage within the property only. However, transport desk efficient. Cabs reasonable. Didn’t take pics. ”

“This is the Only fantastic property within 100m of the waterfalls... Very calm and beautiful waterfalls view.. Inhouse swimming pool also clean and neat... Self parking is good... ”

“Friendly and accommodating staff. Bathroom was not clean enough, stains on towels, bed sheets, holes in walls, paint peeling off walls. Liked that free breakfast was included.”

“Everything has an old look in the cottage - the view was good but everything from the aircon to fittings were really old and worn out. Getting a Uber from the hotel is a real challenge as there are regular taxi drivers who charge triple the rate waiting at the entrance to turn away our booking. Really frustrating when the hotel can’t help us with this matter.”

“We went for this place to enjoy the beach, beach resort - this was a wellness spa and the beach is messed up with port construction- a massive part of the beach is gone. They need to make people aware of this, I would not recommend this as a beach resort - it is a wellness resort - the fact that it is on the beach is just - wrong advertising. I would like my money back based on inaccessible beach. Rest of the resort amenities are good. The SPA is amazing. Food is good and the staff are super...
