“Todo muy bien , salvo el desayuno pésimo”

“Purtroppo la camera, essendo una camera al piano interrato, era perennemente invasa dall' odore della muffa e dell' umidità. Ad accentuare il tutto c'era l' impossibilità di lasciare l' aria condizionata accesa durante il giorno, quando eravamo al mare. Per il resto la struttura è una buona struttura comoda, con piscina e servizi a 5 minuti di macchina. Personale gentile e disponibile”

“Werden als Freundinnen ein Familienzimmer mit unseren zwei Kindern gebucht. Das Hotel liegt ziemlich stark am Hang, was es mit Buggy und Kindern nicht so angenehm macht. Der Strand der ich circa 300 m vom Hotel befindet, ist mit sehr großen Steinen und wirklich nicht schön gelegen. Wir hatten deshalb immer ein Taxi genommen, 20 Minuten Fahrtweg nach Tigaki . “Had a horrible experience for the 5 night stay, given the hot weather, the AC of the room was not working and with repeatedly raising this with the Hotel staff and Front desk, nothing was done and the 5 days i stayed was without AC in the room, maybe the hotel was fully booked or otherwise, the staff did not do anything to make my stay comfortable in the hot weather. Even asking for water to be topped up in the room was a struggle with multiple calls to the house keeping without any success....

“Exactly what we were looking for. A quite tranquil place to relax and enjoy which was close enough to the centre to walk in on a daily basis but just far enough away to not get swept up by the hustle and bustle. Poppy and her family couldn’t have been any more helpful. Will be back next year👍”

“Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr guter Service. Das Hotel selbst ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr alte Dusche, fleckige Polster, fleckige Schränke. Animation leider nur teilweise vorhanden. Wir wollten Boccia um die Zeit die auf dem Animationsplan angekündigt war spielen, uns wurde lediglich der Spielplan gezeigt. Wir mussten selbst herausfinden wo die restliche Animation stattfand. Cocktails und Essen waren hervorragend. Wir haben ein tolles Upgrade für das Zimmer erhalten....

“Las instalaciones son muy buenas, están a dos cuadras de la playa y al Kos ser una isla muy pequeña todo está cerca como para caminar. Los cuartos donde nos quedamos son espaciosos tipo departamento y tienen cocina. Lo único es que no tienen cortinas black out y se cuela mucho la luz a la habitación, ellos te dejan antifaz, pero igual es molesto. Las chicas de la recepción son increíbles, súper amables y te ayudan con todo lo que necesitas. El hotel es muy familiar, gran opción en Kos.”

“I arrived in late (9:30pm) because of flight delays and the receptionist doing the checkin was very apathetic, to the point of being rude; it felt almost like if my presence there was bothering him. After that I had no issues with anyone, everyone was very formal and correct. Also, watch out for ants in the rooms, never ever bring any food. I always carry some candy in my backpack and was dismayed to discover ants made their way into my backpack when I left. The rest was OK, food was OK,...
