We had a dream vacation! The hotel is of a very high standard, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. A special thanks to Marcus at the reception and Heleni in the dining room, who always greeted us with a smile and took the time to play with our son. They truly made our experience even more special. A fantastic hotel which is modern and clean. Very friendly staff and an amazing spa which is adults only. The hotel is close to the harbour. It doesn’t have a beach but there are great water sports in front of the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff were the highlight of our stay. Most of the team, especially the reception staff, were very helpful, polite, and always willing to assist, which made a positive difference to our experience. The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout our stay, reliable and fast enough for work and streaming without any issues. The outdoor pools were enjoyable and well maintained. However, there were many children using the facilities during our stay, so it was difficult to find a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere around the pool areas. One thing future guests should be aware of is that the photographs on the website appear to present the property in a more impressive way than it feels in reality. The images seem to have been taken professionally, and in our experience, the hotel did not quite match the expectations created by the photos. The interiors are very minimal and lacked character. The overall service was acceptable, but I would describe it as average rather than exceptional for a hotel of this category.
