The property was clean and well maintained. Seeing the monkeys between the pool and the beach was great. The food was good but sometimes was of less quality than expected (this was my 3rd all inclusive vacation this year). The main building of the resort needs an update. It felt dated.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was amazing, the rooms were very clean and breakfast was very good.I didn’t like the fact of no elevators,we had to carry luggage up the steps and walk outside in the dark path of trees with the animals running around.

Overall planet Hollywood is a chill resort. There isn’t much to do after 7pm. The pools and bars close early. If you want something off the grid ish and just want to relax then it it’s ok for the price. Food was just ok, many of the restaurants use a lot of salt. Staff is very friendly.
