“Close to sm Fairview mall Staff are nice, the guards ,kitchen staff, front desk , the helper they are very nice . The only concern everyday we have full of garbage we want to throw right away so the is room is clean but we have to wait longer time to clean just the thrush bin . Hope there a big garbage can in every floor that way in case the guest wanted to throw their thrush they can just put outside and that could save the helper.”

“The room was fine but there was a very bad smell emanating from the drains in the bathroom. The odor was strong and smelled like sewer water. Terrible! When I asked the cleaning crew about it they said many guests have complained about it too.”

“Enjoyed their breakfast buffet. Warm welcome from the friendly staff. The only issue I have is with their parking. We parked in level B2. The parking lot is veey hot and signage is very confusing especially to someone who is new to the area.”

Everything good is walking distance and some security not very good will lie about you in tagalog about what you do daily when they know you don't speak it, complained about me not responding yet he never stops me but other guards have no problem stopping me and I answer them clearly and properly till they allow me to pass.”
