The check in process was easy and quick. The room was clean and exactly what we booked. Overall a great experience for my family. Only downside was that one of the elevators was down so it took a little longer to get to and from ground level at times, but other than that we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Great location, excellent amenities, and unbeatable value!I have come to love The Palmetto! The location is fantastic with incredibly easy access to the beach. The staff is always very friendly, and a huge perk is that the pool amenities are open 24/7. The prices this time of year are excellent.While I haven't stayed in the oceanfront building, the rooms across the street are very affordable and clean, even if they are a little out of date. The only downside is that the lower price point can sometimes bring a louder or rowdier crowd of guests. Overall, it’s a wonderful, budget-friendly stay and I will definitely keep coming back!

The hotel is on the beach and has an outdoor pool. The only complaints I have are there is not an ice machine and a 2lb bag of ice is $3.00, parking is limited and no WiFi. The room was clean, well maintained and the staff were very friendly. Will stay again.

They only cleaned my room once in a 7 night stay. Never gave any clean towels and the floors look like they never get vacuumed. The view and swimming pool was nice. Don't think I would stay there again.

The hot tub and pool were great and they are open 24 hrs a day. The bad part was check-in; there was only one desk person and there were 10 people ahead of me, so it took a long time to check in; they should have had more workers since check-in time was 4pm. I was told that rates would be down after labor day, but the price for our 1st day was a lot lower than the last day, and we only stayed 4 days, and no friday and saturday stays.
