Staff very nice, price is good loved that included breakfast. Location was great also. Hotel does need an upgrade. Rooms smell moldy or humid, floors felt oily and sticky in the room. Room walls need caring plaster just peels off by windows. Bathrooms are a little moldy. Breakfast was great but floors are dirty sticky and super slippery.

We have stayed here MANY times …wish they had a loyalty program ! It’s convenient, staff are courteous and efficient, breakfast is good, bed is comfortable. We notice efforts to improve … whoever purchased the safe towels is a genius ! Lots of hot water too.

The payment method in the restaurant were complicated, food ordered took more than 1 hour to be at the table and we were the only 3 persons at the restaurant. Common areas in the hotel were very dirty, trash and look very old and with out maintenance

Room was "Mid- Grade. Clean, no bugs of any kind. Clean, fresh bed linen. One of the best showers Ive ever had! Restaurant was ok. Limited menu. Not going to win any awards, but was priced right. Not bad. Busy street outside. Even 5 floors up it got loud. No big deal. We would consider staying again.
