Things we love: right on the beach kitchen in room Tiki bar - drinks and bar food - its good It is an older property, but the staff is great and we love the location. In summer months they usually have live music nightly - we enjoyed that.

The hotel is beachfront, every room has an ocean view. The room was very spacious. Kitchenette with fridge, stove and dishes/pots and pans. Couch , eating table, and walk out to the balcony. The bed was comfortable. Spacious bathroom. 2 TV’s. Very clean. Highly recommend

All the staff we interacted with were very kind and friendly. Our room was so perfect with a private balcony, separate sitting area and kitchenette. We loved it so much we decided to extend our stay another night. Sometimes the elevator was slow in arriving but that was very minor to all the nice amenities we enjoyed. It was so convenient walking out to the beach right from the hotel. We'd love to come here again next vacation.

We looked at several properties in Panama City Beach. We booked this on Expedia from the description. We were so happy with the location. Our room had 2 queen beds, a mini kitchen with full refrigerator, and a small area with a dining table and couch. Loved the balcony with a full ocean view that also looked over the pool. They have a great Tiki bar next to the pool and you can take your drinks to the beach. They have Lounge chairs and umbrellas already set up at the beach for a small charge. Karen who helped us check in and out, super pleasant and Gabriela and Charity assisted my husband and he wanted me to mention how friendly and helpful they were as well. We loved our tropical cocktail drinks at the bar. We were so happy with the property and the price was right!!! Great morning Lavazza coffee in the lobby.

Room not clean. Dirty dishes. Pan of grease in oven that caught fire. Long hair clumps around. No jets in hot tub. Close pool at dark now. Wasn't this way a year ago. Outdated and beat up furniture in room. Positive is the location on the beach.

Unfortunately the building is suffering from neglect. The room was not good,heard every toilet flush and had no lamp in the living room. Pool was nice and the staff was great. The rooms need serious attention, especially the beds.

Beach view was beautiful. Room was dirty and we had to request cleaning. After that it was gross probably really cool in the 90s. Someone just painted the everything with white paint and didn’t cover anything so overspray on everything tv, fire alarms and everything.
