“we stayed 3 nights in room 11. it s a small guest house with basic but comfortable rooms . good location walking distance from gangaramaya temple, good breakfast , excellent dinner and extremely kind and helpfull staff. only con: the tuk tuk guy who waits just off the hotel gate . he asks double or triple price for every trip you might be interested in. just ignore him and walk 3 minutes to the main road where metered tuk are available”

“We had such a lovely stay at Havelock Bungalow! The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The bungalow itself is beautiful, full of character and very well looked after, with such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the level of care and hospitality really made our stay special. A special mention has to go to...

“Det dyre område i Colombo 7. Der var lidt butikker, et lille supermarked og nogle restauranter - på de nærmeste veje. Ikke langt op til en stor park og independance memorial square. Nemt at skaffe et køretøj. Skønt personale.”

Hotel is listed as right near airport, and had a shuttle. Actually it is about 10 minutes from the airport in a residential neighborhood with nothing around. No restaurants, stores…nothing.
