The place was absolutely beautiful, however, we were quite disappointed. We paid over $300 a night, stayed 2 nights, and didn't have liquid creamer or working outlets. The coffee is limited to dark roast, no decaf, and only powdered milk. I found out the hard way the outlets by the bed don't work so charging my devices all night didn't work. No matter how much I lowered the a.c. it still felt warm to both my daughter and I, almost like the temperature gage is off. It's really hard finding the building letters and numbers, especially at night as they're not lit up. But the place is pretty and the staff are nice.

The property is very pretty. The staff is so kind. My main concern was because I have children. The third floor balcony has a huge gap. I’m sure beyond the gap allowed by law. Any toddler can fit through the space and fall 3 stories. I asked for a room change but they were booked out. The bathroom door would also not lock, which is unideal when you have a toddler. Regardless, the room was clean and the deli on property was nice. I would stay here again if I knew I wouldn’t be on the third floor

Beautiful property! Quiet and safe! Clean rooms with a mini fridge and microwave. My only personal complaint would be the shower head pressure was weak and it was like a “rain fall” type so if you weren’t trying to get your hair wet, you can’t avoid it.

Upon arrival, there was no microwave in the room, so I called the front desk/room service to request one. I was told they would bring one up, and I waited about three hours, but the microwave was never delivered. Because of this, I had to eat my food cold. When I checked out, the front desk employee asked if everything was okay during my stay. I mentioned the issue with the microwave, and she told me that I should have called. I explained that I did call and had been waiting for one, but that was the extent of the conversation. I was disappointed with how the situation was handled and the lack of follow-up.

24 hours in Palo Alto that felt like a whole vacation 🌿 We checked into Creekside Inn and honestly did not expect the scenery. Towering trees, birds everywhere, landscaping that looks straight out of a retreat — not your average hotel stay. The kids were in heaven just wandering the grounds. Dinner never even required getting back in the car. Show de Carnes, the Brazilian steakhouse right on site, is the real deal — wagyu carved table-side while the kids watched wide-eyed. The food was outstanding. Afterward we took a slow walk around the property and went straight to bed. That kind of convenience is priceless when you're traveling with little ones. Next morning: breakfast at Yutori, a modern Japanese garden café that is unlike any breakfast spot around here. The matcha and pastries — so, so good. The space alone is worth the stop. Then off to the Junior Museum & Zoo, minutes away. Perfect little itinerary, zero stress. Highly recommend this one. Nice property, beautiful grounds. Very convenient to Stanford. Only frustration was the exorbitant cost of some nights. First night was $111, last night (which we declined) was over $700. Supply snd demand, but also price gauging.

Its a lovely property, well located and has many rooms and the staff are wonderful. Online when I booked (and this was one of the reasons to choose it), it said breakfast was included but they do not serve breakfast anymore. It is definitely an older property - our room had a bit of a musty smell when we checked in but after leaving our balcony door open for 2 days it disappeared. In winter this would not work! The beds were divine and the pool was lovely and heated. It has a deli on site which is very convenient and walking distance to starbucks. It was convocation weekend for new Stanford students so prices were inflated all over town - probably on a different weekend it would be better value for money.

Sound insulation was non-existent resulting in poor sleep. Small bathroom and shower entry is only 5 ft high, hit my head as I am 6ft. No breakfast provided, just coffee. It is more like a motel.

The room was a good size, relaxing, comfortable bed, nice linens, clean. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion provided. Tea/coffee in room, microwave, hair dryer and refrigerator. The big issue was the shower didn't work. I had to wash my hair in the bathroom sink and take a sponge bath. I reported it to the office before I left. I a reservation for or a few nights as my husband is in ICU at Stanford hospital, air lifted from the hospital near our home in the central valley. 8 cancelled the rest of the rest of the reservation with no issues. The Inn was respectful regarding my cancellation. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful property on El Camino Drive. You cannot tell how pretty from the outside. The pool is heated. They have continental breakfast in the morning, and attach is a deli with really good food. We had a great time. We will be back next time we watch a Stanford game.
