Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of parking and close to amenities. Not ideal having to get utilities from reception, but I’m sure there is good reason for this. Laundry/Linen service was super helpful during our trip

This hotel is new, clean, comfortable, and a great price. My reason for the low score is me and my husband didn’t sleep. Every 45 min or so the main lights on ceiling would come on for no reason. One of us would roll out of bed and shut them off. Almost asleep again, the lights came on by themselves again. This happened 6-7 or so times during the night. It was awful.

Important: DO NOT PARK ON THE EAST SIDE of the hotel, nearest the credit union, you will be towed. The vague instructions given at check-in saying "don't park past the dumpsters" are not valid, since there are two sets of dumpsters and the front desk will not look up your license plate to notify you. All of this said, the night staff is excellent, friendly & Helpful, will leave it at that. Corporate needs to supply this hotel with more towels. No reason for guests not to be able to get an extra towel or bath mat " because there are no clean ones".

4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Amenities
Didn’t like: 1. Their website advertises that pets stay free, but I wasn’t informed that I would be charged $32 when I checked out for my one small dog. They called me on the room phone in the morning to ask me to sign a paper that they forgot to tell me about—it was the pet charge. I informed them I had one pet when I checked in, but they didn’t inform me of any pet charge. 2. No ice machine on premises. 3. No extra blanket. 4. No coffee pot. However, I did see a coffee pot in the lobby. 4. This is a big one: NO HAIRDRYER! Did like: 1. Great king bed to sleep on. 2. AC worked great! 3. Refrigerator and microwave in room. 4. Nice bathroom with great water pressure in shower. 5. Felt safe, area nice and quiet. 6. Lots of places to eat close by. 7. Brand new hotel. This is a great hotel for somewhere to sleep and shower, but for the most part, minimal frills.
