Nos deram um quarto adaptado sem os informar, se eu soubesse não teríamos aceitado. O box é de cortina, tinha um rodo disponível mas tem uma lombada entre a área do chuveiro e o piso do banheiro que impede de trazer a água até o ralo fazendo com que o banheiro alague. molhe o piso de chão e deixe um cheiro péssimo de coisas molhada que não seca nunca. Quarto super mal conservado, com marcar pela parede, teto, batente de porta... A cama de solteiro estava com sujeira no lençol de baixo e a toalha ao lado da pia estava revirada o que deu a impressão de estar suja.

O quarto estava em péssimo estado, cheio de manchas e foi comercializado como triplo, mas era um duplo com 3 camas, ou seja, não tinha sequer uma mesa e cadeira. O café da manhã é fraco. Não costumo avaliar mal por causa desse quesito, mas não tinha requeijão, frutas passadas ou verdes e achei demorada a reposição. Na saída, estava cheio de malas. O carrinho de bagagem quebrado e ninguém se ofereceu para ajudar.

Encontramos uma barata grande, apesar do quarto parecer limpo. O banheiro não tem box, molha tudo e disponibilizam um rodo para o hóspede enxugar o piso. O quarto é grande (ficamos no família) mas as cortinas blackout estão com alguns rasgos que passam a claridade.

O cartão de entrada no quarto simplesmente não funciona da primeira vez. Tem que ficar tentando e tentando e só depois libera. E essa nao é primeira vez que fico hospedada aqui e o problema é o mesmo. No mais, um hotel que não tem gelo e água potável disponível é um absurdo.
