O cartão de entrada no quarto simplesmente não funciona da primeira vez. Tem que ficar tentando e tentando e só depois libera. E essa nao é primeira vez que fico hospedada aqui e o problema é o mesmo. No mais, um hotel que não tem gelo e água potável disponível é um absurdo.

O quarto tem tamanho bom, atende às necessidades; o banheiro é um pouco pequeno (o ralo da pia estava entupido). O cartão de entrada do quarto estava ruim e, mesmo após diversas reclamações, nada foi feito. Apenas liberava a entrada no quarto após diversas tentativas. Além disso, pedi um copo de água na recepção e foi negado, alegando que apenas tinha água para comprar. No mais, o café da manhã era bom e quarto confortável, apesar da péssima imagem na TV. Ar condicionado funcionando bem
