Very nice simple and clean hotel. Great location to the beach and far enough from the noisy bars. Good bus location taking you into Palma for 1.50 euro. Less than 30min journey. There is also a bus to the airport that is convenient. Junior suite on the 5th floor overlooking the pool was clean could do with some draws for storage. Shower is excellent. Staff are friendly and very attentive.. breakfast to brunch till 1pm so don't have to worry about food and drink! Pool and bar were clean and plenty of sunbeds and shaded area. Lobby was cool and lots of space to relax in the air conditioning. Would book again.

Lovely Hotel stayed here for proximity to Palma for 3 nights. Hotel excellent lovely room was upgraded on arrival as were my daughter & Grandaughter . Room was very clean and decor excellent . Bed super comfy with choice of pillows . Breakfast excellent so much choice and good quality .staff all very friendly and check-in was quick and easy with nice man.

I’d like to start with the hotel’s rating. In my opinion, this is definitely not a four-star hotel. I’m comparing it to a four-star hotel we stayed at in Madrid, and the difference is night and day. The building itself feels old and dated and is clearly in need of renovation. The bathrooms and showers are also outdated and could use significant improvements. The room did not provide basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, or hand moisturizer. Housekeeping was also very disappointing. During our six-night stay, it seemed that cleaning consisted mainly of washing the floors and changing the towels. Hand soap and coffee cups were not replenished. The beds were very uncomfortable, and there is virtually no soundproofing between the rooms. We could clearly hear conversations from the room next door as if the guests were right next to us. On the positive side, the location is excellent only about a five-minute walk from the ocean. The breakfast and brunch were excellent, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, the hotel has some strong points, particularly its location, food, and staff. However, the outdated building and bathrooms, lack of basic amenities, poor housekeeping, uncomfortable beds, and lack of soundproofing do not meet the standards I would expect from a four-star hotel.

Had a great time. Stayed for five nights. Friendly and serviceminded staff in the reception. Really great breakfast with everything you need, included omelette and fresh fruits. The bed was a little too hard and the pillow really thin, but overall pretty okey. Had a neighbor below us smoking weed on his balcony every night, but that’s not the hotels fault.

Great location, 5 min walk to the beach. 15 min on bus to the airport. Close to the restaurants and bars in the beach front. Very strong German tourists who love this area of Mallorca and therefore not very Spanish.

Perfect hotel!

It was all perfect! Great location 5 minutes walk from beach and shops. Great rooms, comfortable beds and nice views from balcony. Very friendly staff, awesome breakfasts. Nice pools for adults and children. Great coffee by the pools. We would love to stay again.

Excellent value for money! Nice rooms, exactly as advertised. We stayed in a junior suite, two adults and a teenager, plenty of room. A/C working well. Only downside was the VERY squeaky beds. Very comfortable beds, but VERY squeaky. Balconys towards pool and courtyard. Big plus for the excellent breakfast buffet, which extended into brunch buffet! Gym with crosstrainer, spinning bike, treadmill, rowing machine and enough dumbbells and other equipment to have a good workout. Will definitely stay again.
