This was a wonderful vacation spot. From the time we pulled up the car, staff were attentive. The place is so large and so clean. Room service was excellent and affordable. The pool movie night was great. We did wish the pool was open past 10p, only because it was still so hot. But overall this was a 5 star experience.

Beautiful, very family friendly place! Wonderful pools and the staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful. IMPORTANT: very handicap accessible! My 12 yo is in a wheelchair and had bo trouble accessing pools (which have a ramp all the way into one of the actual pools!) and rooms are very easy to access via elevator.

The hotel was incredibly attentive and the room was spotless. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the service was fast. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I traveled with my one-year-old and six-year-old, and they both had a great time.

Tired cheer dad checking in! We were here for a cheer event, so there wasn’t much downtime, but the little time we did have was great. The pool was perfect for relaxing, the grounds were beautiful, the rooms were spotless, and every staff member we met was genuinely kind and welcoming, specially Cuco at the pool! it was the perfect place to recharge. We’d definitely stay here again. Go La Serna Lady Lancers!

The grounds are beautiful. Hotel is very clean and very nice. I wish they would have more restaurants. The food and drinks at the pool were very good! Our server Marcos was awesome! The pool should have a deeper end ….it’s only 3 feet. Other than that, it was wonderful.

This is great place for a family getaway! Loved the breakfast buffet and pool area for the kids. Hotel is outdated but the rooms were updated and is a good size! I would visit again!

As this was our first visit to your resort, we were thoroughly impressed and delighted. Our experience began right at the entrance with the valet parking staff, who were incredibly attentive; the registration staff were just as great—I don't recall the name of the young woman who assisted us, but she was very kind and pleasant. We arrived on August 13th around 3:30 PM. The pool attendant was also very helpful and friendly; we have no complaints at all. We enjoyed a wonderful stay with 10-out-of-10 service. The resort is stunning and luxurious throughout—especially the pools. I loved seeing the curved staircases from the fifth floor; with such a luxurious lobby and beautiful stairs, it felt like being on an elegant cruise ship. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, too. The only downside was that our room faced the resort entrance, but aside from that, I would rate this resort a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it.
