This is a very good place to stay in Palm Springs, with a lot of old Hollywood history and some fascinating photos of the movie stars who visited. Walkable to restaurants, shops and bars and with ample parking on site. Spotlessly clean. It's an older / traditional style of decor, but we appreciated the cleanliness, size of room (these are actually timeshare condos, so for 2 people we had 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, massive bedroom and living area plus balcony), plus there's excellent air con, friendly staff, free coffee / iced water fountain, and free laundry facilities if you need them. A mountain view room is like looking onto a brick wall however, but you get what is available based on the timeshare owners naturally taking precedence. Would definitely recommend.

This was an excellent option for my family's first trip to Palm Springs. It was close to downtown which made it easy to visit the strip. It was also not too far from Palm Desert. This isn't the most luxurious or pretentious resort to visit, but its a cool mid century resort that is clean, safe, and conveniently located It's also unique as it sits right at the mountain with a few resort amenities - including a pretty hip restaurant and adult pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Musty odor so bought Lysol and ended up ok. Service was great. Good location. Free Washer and dryers were awesome. Bed was uncomfortable, mattress needs to be changed due to sinkhole feeling.

The place was okay. Was dusty and found live roach in tube and dead bugs in kitchen area. They power went out during my stay and it was miserable in our room. The pool was great and staff was good. Overall 3.5 stars

A very spacious and convenient location, just a few blocks from the downtown theater and restaurant district, yet it feels secluded. Spencer's Restaurant is an added bonus, as were the underground parking, the kitchenette, and the several swimming pools to choose from.
