Quiet and relaxing adult boutique hotel. They had happy hour with beer, wine and light snacks. Walk out rooms on lower level to pool, hot tub and dining tables. The area was like a secret garden with lots of hummingbirds. I would stay there again. Free parking. Close proximity to downtown and good restaurants. The attendee was nice and communicated well what to expect and when.

Super quiet spot in south Palm Springs. Beautiful pool and garden filled with hummingbirds. Comfortable bed. Nice continental breakfast. Friendly staff. What’s not to love?

I hate to say this because it will book up all the time and be harder to get into but... I absolutely love this place. The staff (2) are wonderful, the breakfast is perfect and its a perfectly quiet place to relax. I love the pool and PS heat too so it's an added pleasure. Close to downtown PS and great restaurants.

I booked an accessible room and received an email back saying I’d have an accessible room. I didn’t get one. The room we were given had a broken ceiling fan and our tv went out. We asked for an accessible room the next day and again the room they gave us was not accessible, had a broken ceiling fan and the toilet started flooding. The bed was extremely high off the ground and I couldn’t get in and off the bed without my husband lifting me and this was a hazard for me needing an accessible room. We had to purchase a fan for our room from Target. We were moved to a third room and again, not an accessible room and it had another high bed. We checked out and sent an email to the hotel requesting for some kind of financial compensation for our stay there. I waited almost 2 weeks and emailed again. No one responded to me. We were disappointed with the lack of communication with the hotel as well as not getting an accessible room with the shower, lower bed and toilet that I needed.

We have come back time and time again! Love this place! Nothing like a small, intimate botique hotel. The rooms are lovely and the property is so beautifully maintained. It's so nice to chat with other friendly visitors in the pool or during breakfast and happy hour. But, even better than all of this is the staff! Seriously couldn't find any nicer people who truly put their hearts and souls into taking care of their guests AND the resident humming birds! This place is a gem!

When I walked into the courtyard of this charming hotel, I knew that I had picked the perfect place for my solo getaway. The greenery was lush and reminded me of some of the beautiful hidden and surprising courtyards I’ve found while traveling in Mexico. The environment was very peaceful. The location was great. The deluxe room was a perfect size with all the amenities I needed and the bed was very comfortable. It felt very private. Blanca was also very gracious, professional, and welcoming. A couple things that need improvement….i read about the beautiful breakfasts in the past, but the breakfasts were quite underwhelming and uninspired. That was disappointing. I was also there for 5 nights and I don’t think a pool service person ever came by. There was plant debris at the bottom of the pool the entire time. The wind tends to blow in Palm Springs, causing plant debris to also float on top. That can be harder to maintain but there’s no excuse for the stuff sitting at the bottom and the top should be skimmed with a net daily. I will say, however, that I adored my stay and will definitely be back and hope these issues will be addressed.

La Maison offered a wonderful stay - we appreciated the easy access to breakfast and the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but can use updating and more attention (better outlets, updating items like thermostats and switches). We would definitely return for another relaxing stay.

Blanca a quiet character in making everything perfect is the reason for the review. Arriving to happy hour presented which helped to transition to vacation mode. Upon arrival, greeted at the door and Blanca shared she was just feeding her hummingbirds; and she was! They were eating from her hand, as she showed us to the room. It was quiet and clean with an array of breakfast items every morning, and poolside ambiance like you were at your own home, napping in a beautiful garden. Anything we needed, Blanca provided or gave us access to - ice, cutting board, utensils. We had a lovely relaxing and peaceful time and will return again, to see Blanca and her hummingbirds. Close to downtown, all the restaurants but so lovely, we barely left the property.

This little gem is tucked away behind Shrubs and flowers and is just beautiful. The staff was excellent as the breakfast was. Coffee was delicious. The place needs a paint job, a little tweaking here and there for repairs and a safety slide on the doors for night time and security. The door locks are like bathroom door locks!! We are seniors and didn’t love being upstairs. The stairs were problematic for us and this lovely young woman (staff) helped us with luggage. We know for next time to book a room on the ground floor. I’m sorry we didn’t know it advance. Upstairs are for those with younger legs! All in all the visit was lovely and we would return.

We had such a lovely stay here. It’s a small, private hotel that is very well taken care of by the owner. She was so sweet and we enjoyed all the little touches; cookies in the room upon arrival, happy hour and a great continental breakfast. We loved the comfy bed, hot tub late at night and watching the hummingbirds feed in the garden. We’ll be back.
