We had such a wonderful stay at Hermann Bungalows. The rooms and pool were beautiful, everything was very well maintained, and even with the heat, our stay was incredibly comfortable. The staff was so kind, communicative, and helpful, and they made our birthday celebration feel extra special. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

A beautiful hotel with a very special Palm Springs atmosphere. The individual bungalows are beautifully designed, stylishly furnished, and offer plenty of privacy. We especially loved the pool area surrounded by the bungalows – it is beautiful, peaceful, very well maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The entire property feels exclusive and the furnishings and overall design are of a very high standard. We really enjoyed our stay at L'Horizon and would definitely come back!

We’ve been to different resorts in Palm Springs and by far, L’Horizon is my absolute favorite! The gold plated engraved name plate on the door of your room makes you feel so special. They use high end bath products that smell amazing! I also enjoyed a 60-min Arnica Deep Tissue massage, which is done in a cabana off the pool area. Sergio, my massage therapist, was excellent, I enjoyed every minute of my treatment! The whole resort has a very quiet luxury vibe, simple yet elegant place to stay. I would gladly come back here the next time I visit Palm Springs.

Very nice, small and quiet boutique hotel . It was exactly what we needed for the weekend. We stayed in the Hermann casitas and they were beautiful !! The only complaint was that the pool in the Herman casita area was a trendy shallow pool. I think a large normal pool would be much nicer . Otherwise very well run lovely property.

Transferred here for a night after extending our trip and Ritz Carlton not being able to extend our nights. We wish we’d come here instead. Great adults only resort, chilled, old Palm Springs feel. No competitive sport chase for a sunbed by the pool - everyone is accommodated. Lovely grounds. Don’t be put off by the roadside location! You would never know!

I had such an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Every single worker I interacted with was kind, welcoming, and made me feel genuinely cared for. The valet team was especially great — always friendly, helpful, and quick. The hotel itself was so relaxing. I loved spending time by the pool, and the whole atmosphere made my birthday trip feel peaceful and special. One thing that truly touched me was receiving a birthday card from the hotel. It was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly made me feel so appreciated and celebrated. The housekeeping staff also did an incredible job and were so sweet throughout my stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Overall, this hotel made my birthday unforgettable, and I can’t wait to come back again!

From the moment we arrived, the experience was absolutely amazing. Check-in was seamless, and we were welcomed with champagne, which immediately made us feel taken care of. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. What really stood out was how accommodating they were with our dogs. They even gave them a thoughtful goodie bag and personalized bone-shaped name plates, which was such a special touch. The staff truly went above and beyond. The food by the pool was excellent, and they also serve a really great wine selection. Another huge plus was that they made sure my car was fully charged and ready to go, which made the stay even more stress-free. The Le Labo toiletries were a luxurious touch, and every single staff member we encountered — from the bellmen and car attendants to housekeeping and the front desk staff — was tremendous. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. This property exceeded expectations in every way, and I can’t wait to return.
