Everything was great the proximity to local restaurants and shopping was very convenient. However, there was very loud yelling and screaming at night that kept me up at night. The staff and hotel was great.

This is a great hotel. I’ve stayed twice now and it’s very clean and the staff is really nice. Downside is the breakfast is not complimentary but there is free parking which is nice.

The front desk and bar tender were awesome. They helped me with directions and food. The room was clean and the area was quiet. My one suggestion would be the main lobby was so hot no one could sit there and enjoy a cocktail or a light dinner. If you want customers to stay in you need to make them comfortable. We saw two customers leave because of the heat. Great place to stay with affordable rates.

Overall, good value and a nice place. I would say the downside was pool was closed, the ironing board cover stained and looked dirty, the shower bath mat has a large stain from normal use. I would look into better shower mats. I was thankful for the coffee, but as a suggestion … it would be nice for a few bottles of complimentary water

Went to enjoy the pool since it was 113 degrees out. The pool was just as hot as the eesrher and was not refreshing at all. Property and room were dated and need upgrading. common areas were hot. Front desk did not even greet me, I had to walk up to her and say hi I’m here to check in. She just stared at me. I wish I would have got her name. Pros-close to shopping, palm desert amenities.
