Front desk was helpful and staff was great. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Outdoor areas were well maintained and offered many places to stay and relax. On the other hand pools rules were ignored and not enforced. Kids in the pool, personal speakers playing and cigarettes smoked near back pool.

We only used the family pool as children are not allowed in the club pool, staff were friendly, amenities were clean and pool area was lovely. Parking was easy around the outside of the hotel. Rooms were also clean, we had a great family weekend away.

The property is beautiful and picturesque. Luke at the front desk was very nice. My husband and I stayed in one of the rooms that had a patio with a fireplace and it was better than i expected , it had plenty of seating and a large round table to eat or drink and socialize. The kingsize bed was so comfortable and i slept the whole night through. The air conditioner was nice and cold and the blackout curtains are a must. The pool was the perfect temperature and we were in it all day long with our family and friends. The main reason I came to the Ace Hotel was to hear a Dj play dance music while we relaxed in the pool having a cocktails and talking with friends and family. My favorite part was hearing DJ Axel Alatriste mix some good dance music. I loved his set and he did a great job! Thank you to all the staff at the Ace Hotel for doing their best to show us a great time. I highly recommend the Ace Hotel. I would recommend having a microwave and a coffee maker in the rooms for the future. Thanks again
