The location is excellent, right on the middle where everything is happening so you can easily walk around and see the place, the staff is outstanding ready to help you out and give you all the information and suggestions you might require, incanto is definitely a great place to stay.

The location is very central to the historic center so most of the historic attractions are with a fifteen minute walk, as are the train and bus terminals to go to other cities. Do keep in mind that this building requires you to carry your luggage up stairs so not a good choice if you pack heavy and will struggle taking heavy bags up two or three floors of stairs.

The hotel is in an ideal location right by the beautiful four corners, close to sights, shopping and restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly- and the in room breakfast was amazing.

The gentleman at check-in was very friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed information we could simply send a message and received an immediate reply. One thing I didn't like so much was that breakfast wasn't available until 8:00 AM; it would have been nice to have it a bit earlier.

The accommodation is in a great central location. There were some communication issues at the start but when they did respond they were very helpful. My main issue was the lack of internet/WiFi in the room. When I contacted the staff they said they were aware of it but couldn’t do anything about it. It would have been nice to have some complimentary water in room but everything seemed to be at a charge. The breakfast was very good.

You really can’t have a better location, close to all major attractions, the rooms are cleaned daily and the breakfast which you pick the night before has plenty to pick from, bed was comfortable in a nice size room compared to other rooms in Europe, remember your not in the United States.

Right in the center of history. Modern unit in an ancient building. Steps from the famous Quattro Canti and visible from the balcony when there are performers each evening. Magical. Even though it is busy during the day and evening, the unit is very well insulated and not noisy at all inside.

Our four night stay at inCanto was fantastic! The location is so convenient - just steps away from Quattro Canti. Alin and his staff made our stay so comfortable. We had a huge king bed room with a large terrace that overlooked the street, where we had our made-to-order breakfast every morning while being serenaded by opera singers busking in the square. The breakfast menu was outstanding and the food was all very fresh and delivered to our room. Communication with Alyn was also excellent. The balcony overlooked the Quattro Canti square and was fun to listen to the excellent street performers including opera singers. Lots of shops and restaurants wet close by. We enjoyed our four day stay.
