Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich unschlagbar. Sie liegt sehr zentral direkt am Dom, und überraschenderweise haben wir trotz unseres Aufenthalts am Wochenende keinerlei störende Geräusche von der Straße wahrgenommen. Leider können wir die Unterkunft dennoch nicht weiterempfehlen. Der Grund dafür ist die extreme Hellhörigkeit des Gebäudes. Die Wände sind sehr dünn – jedes Mal, wenn im Nachbarzimmer jemand geduscht hat oder sich etwas lauter unterhalten wurde, war es in unserem Zimmer störend laut. Wer einen ruhigen und erholsamen Schlaf sucht, wird hier aufgrund der Geräuschkulisse im Haus leider enttäuscht.

Kamer was goed,maar als je om 12u wil inchecken dan 20 euro extra te betalen.was geboekt met ontbijt,maar geen ontbijt ter plaatse gekregen,we moesten naar de zaak marocco,5euro betalen en kregen 1croissant en 1 koffie per persoon,dat noem ik geen ontbijt hoor.geen aanrader om te boeken met ontbijt inclusief. overkant

Great location for walking historic center between both mercati, Ballarò and Del Capoto, up to date rooms, comfy bed, a/c works well, keep in mind that the premises is in the historic center and the area has old sewer system which can cause sulfur odors at first but then dissipates. Definitely recommend

Habitación espaciosa y limpia con vistas impresionantes. El baño en muy buen estado. El chico fue muy amable y nos dejó dejar las mochilas en la recepción después del check out ya que nuestro vuelo salía tarde y así podíamos seguir paseando por la ciudad sin cargar peso. Lo único molesto es que el check in es un poco tarde.

The main drainage was probably blocked and there was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from it. The bathtoom was not very clean. The walls also were not clean . I don' t suggest it for someone who has problem in sleeping cause it was very noisy. The street is noisy from early in the morning until late at night and the room has no soundproofing.

A great find for my short stay in a wonderful central location. Totally clean and spacious, the room and bathroom delivered all needs. Comfortable, air con and heating provided, the hotel also contacted me for arrival time which was great. Breakfast was in a local cafe - basic, but adequate, with wonderful Cathedral views for Palermo, just 75 metres away. Would book again.

Le petit déjeuner se fait dans un bar plus loin il n’y a pas de fenêtre avec vu dans la chambre . Notre avion avait du retard nous avons payé un supplément car nous sommes arrivés après 22h . Par contre le patron nous a proposé des taxis ce qui est appréciable

Family Vacation, Perfect location

We had two rooms for 5 days. Perfect location in the middle of Palermo. Santos is very friendly and speak English very well. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We had the room with the view to the cathedral. Very nice view to wake up to in the morning. We had a rental car and manage to find parking in the surrounding neighbourhood. We had several day trips from Palermo. We can highly recommend to stay here. Did I forget to mention the best ice cream in Sicily is just around the corner. The only thing that we missed in our room was a smal water cooker to make coffee/the in our room. Kind Regards Stolle family 🇩🇰

Nice week in very noisy place

The place is nice and the location is great. The view on the cathedral is beautiful and the room is clean. The staff is nice, although at first sight they seemed a bit unwelcoming. It was clear they were just busy. Later, they were nice. However, the room needs significant improvement concerning noise isolation. It was impossible to sleep. A lot of voices from people outside. Once they finished there was heavy noise, something like restaurants cleaning up or preparing for the day after and street cleaning. It continued all the night. I think it’s a good place for heavy sleepers. For all the others, I would not recommend it.

When we arrived you had to walk up a narrow staircase. The person that checked us in didn’t offer to help with our luggage. The narrow staircase was very difficult to go up with our luggage. I almost fell backwards several times. It was so noisy that it was very difficult to fall asleep through out the night. Around 7 am the noise started even more louder. Monday and Tuesday children were going to school and the noise from them was really bad. When they started school you heard from the floor above us like furniture dragging across the floor. Checking out again no offer to help with our luggage. Would not stay there again. Would not recommend it!
