The property show in the way to the ruins but is far from the road. The road is grave one and rain make sludge and unsafe. From desk is really friendly and nice.

This property is a great value. The pool is great. The location is great. We were there when it was very, very hot, so I can understand why the staff were a little disinterested in working. The rooms are really nice with the balcony. Unfortunately because the property is not as well cared for as it may have once been, there are several openings where the cockroaches sneak in. That was I’m only complaint.

Nice but could be improved

Friendly and helpful reception, cute rooms with nice gardens. The pool needed improving though, like the addition of some sun bathing, deck chairs not just plastic garden chairs plus plants need abit more looking after in that area. As well as the pond topping up with some more water.

The pool was full of leaves, the bathroom had a lot of mold and very unkept, the shower head was also full of lime. The room had no coffee maker or a mini fridge. The pictures on the website are very deceiving. I would honestly not recommend this place to any of my friends/family.

lo malo 1 de las 2 habitaciones olía mal pase a recepción y amablemente me cambiaron a otra en mejores condiciones, los baños deteriorados, regaderas vencidas herrumbradas, el minisplit de 1 de las 2 habitaciones goteaba agua, cortinas rasgadas, la alberca con el agua muy turbia, el restaurante al parecer es de otro dueño precios accesibles pero no tienen variedad, relación precio calidad - aceptable, el viaje fue corto un fin de semana con mis hijos adolescentes, me tocó una habitación mejor que la de ellos.

Lugar tranquilo,agradable en dónde puedes pasar unos días en familia aunque tiene muchas áreas para mejorar y mantenimiento. La habitación se siente el olor a humedad . El personal es amable. El costo del buffet es accesible aunque no es muy extenso el menú pero por el costo me parece justo y delicioso. Cómo sugerencia en el jardin de la alberca deberían de fumigar porque si hay muchas hormigas en el pasto y darle mantenimiento alas áreas verdes. En general el hotel me pareció agradable para la estadía.
