“The hotel facilities are good. Bed is comfy, breakfast is nice. However I was attending a conference and had a parcel delivered 3 days in advance which was received by a staff member. They seemd a little short staffed and, although the food was good, the tables were dirty and (bizarrely) the host told us the half empty restuarant was 'fully booked'.
