The best part of our stay in Japan - our host was incredible and attentive to all our needs, even the smallest things. The room was immaculate and traditional - exactly what we wanted. Our dine-in room experience was very special and filling. Both the private and shared onsen facilities were incredibly clean and offered amazing views of Mount Fuji. Would recommend to anyone after a luxury Ryokan experience.

Gora Kadan in Fuji offers truly breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji. We stayed in one of the private villa suites, which featured exceptional amenities, including a private dry sauna, an indoor hot spring bathtub upstairs, and an additional outdoor onsen. Our family regularly stays at five-star hotels and resorts around the world, and this property easily ranks among the very best. The food, service, room amenities, privacy, and views were all absolutely top-notch. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we will definitely return on our next visit to the Mt. Fuji area.

Such an amazing place. Gora Kadan Fuji is a truly magical hotel. The rooms are perfect, comfortable and clean. I loved the tub next to the bathroom that was always full of hot water and with a lovely sound. Norika, the manager goes above and beyond with attention to her guests. Very warm and welcoming. This is a standout hotel in Japan. It’s 3 months old and the website does it not justice. The hotel and grounds are spectacular, the facilities (spa, gym, lounges, restaurants) are beautiful. We stayed in a room the size of an apartment, with both an indoor and out hot spa. The hotel manager has 15+ years of experience at Ritz hotel and brings the shame charm, insight and guest experience to the Gora Kadan Fuji. The entire team were delightful, including the wonderful driver who waited for us whilst we visited Fuji-speedway nearby. The food is exceptional. My only regret is we didn’t stay one or two more nights. It was a welcome tonic after the craziness of Tokyo! Hands down the best hotel we stayed at in Japan. Book it, you won’t regret it.

The nicest staff of any hotel ever experienced, a spacious private open air bath fed from the mountain depths, modern rooms with ample amenities, excellent food prepared by master chefs, and a perfect picturesque view of Fuji (when the weather is right). This was the best experience we’ve had in Japan. Though the price was steep we were sad to leave and felt it worth every dollar.

Wundervolles Hotel mit einem einmaligen Ausblick auf den Mt. Fuji. Fantastisches Personal und ein tolles Spa. Ein absolutes Muss wenn man den Mt. Fuji genießen möchte und gleichzeitig verwöhnt werden will. Jederzeit wieder👍👍👍

퍼블릭 스파는 조용했지만 너무 어두워서 잘 보이지 않았어요 수영장은 오후6시에 끝나고 예약을 하는게 잘 맞지않아 이용해보지 못했어요 방은 컨디션이 훌륭하고 침구도 최고였습니다 후지산이 바로보여 욕조에서 릴렉싱 할수있어 좋았어요 어메니티도 부족함없이 잘되어있고 깨끗이 유지되어 좋았어요 조식도 알맞게 되어있지만 샐러드가 제공이 안되는점은 아쉬웠어요 디너는 업그레이드된 데판야끼가 정말 맛있어서 연속2일 했어요 4박중 갓포요리도 괜찮고 가이세키도 좋았지만 데판야끼가 최고였습니다 스텝분들의 프로페셔널한 서비스는 오모떼나시를 느낄수 있어 지내는동안 편안했어요 다시 가고싶은 장소입니다
