The Nights Inn is a fantastic motel experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was surprisingly large for a motel, with two large beds and a great bathroom. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I'd say Nights Inn is one of the best motel experiences I've had, and the price is very reasonable. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Owen Sound.

We read the reviews and made our reservation based on the excellent rating. We arrived with high expectations. Yes the staff are helpful, the location and parking are positives. However, the reality is this is an old motel that was clean (except the carpet) but in need of a major update - especially the bathroom. How prior visitors and Expedia arrived at an excellent rating is a mystery to us!

We loved that the TV was larger than most motels and offered Netflix. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The room was also spacious with dresser to organize your stuff in. Though I wish there was an iron in the room. The air conditioning works quite well ! Lots of eateries around this location. Sauble beach is about 25 minutes drive !

Motel was very easy to find as it is located on a main artery through Owen Sound. It was clean, well maintained and a good option for an overnight. The cons for us were the size of the bathroom, functional but very small and the sounds we heard while trying to sleep. We could hear running water, voices and in the early morning it sounded like someone banged on our door and then banged on the window. It frightened me. In the morning, there was no staff in the reception area when I went to check out or I woud have mentioned it to them.

Although Nights Inn ain't the Ritz, it was perfectly adequate for our two-night stay. Owners couldn't have been nicer. It was immaculately clean. The tulips were amazing. Parking was easy, access to the road was no challenge and all sorts of restaurants were within walking distance. Would stay there again.
