Comfortable bed. Convenient location. Helpful staff. Expedia didn't forward our request to the hotel.

The central location was a big plus but the hotel lacked any character or style. The room was spacious and clean but lacked amenities such as a safe and we were awoken by street noise from hotel guests smoking outside. Paper cups and basic toiletries provided were not 4 star standard, although the price was reasonable. We were happy over all because of the central location and cleanliness.

The property is really nice but the lobby smelled smokey and my room did not smell fresh either. Location is great. Front desk staff for the most part were friendly and helpful.

Expedia should rethink calling this a four star hotel. Our room was far from 4 stars! The bathroom had rust and mold and was not very clean, the bidet was broken, the soap dispenser didn't work and had shampoo in it rather than hand soap. It was advertised that there were laundry facility and there was not. It was also advertised that there was a bar, there was not. I realize that we were there during a peak time for the eclipse, however we paid WAY too much for this satu. I expected a whole lot more and much nicer accomodations. We booked this hotel in October of 2025 to ensure our stay at a "nice" hotel for our first visit to Oveido. There wasn't even a coffee maker or kettle. And, only 2 paper cups in the room? Not very classy. Seriously? You can't provide glass? We were so disappointed. Everything else about Oveido and the eclipse were fabulous however.

The staff is amazing. I am sorry that i forgot to ask the name of this amazing lady helping me making reservation for my stay in Grado. She was there on Monday night Sept 2nd. Without her help, i may not get a place to stay in Grado. Thanks a lot for her help. She goes beyond her duty.

Everything was pretty good the only exception being the air conditioning in my room which wasn't as cool as I would have liked as the weather was quite warm. I think it probably needs updating.

Hotel datato e poco pulito (asciugamani sporchi, pavimento e bagno poco puliti).
