“The hotel is nice, but located next to a busy road, all rooms overlook the car park on the side. Room was small, very hot (no air con) and we had just a really narrow double bed that was so small that we struggled to sleep. Also it was very hot and with window open we had to put up with road noise. We asked to change the room for a bigger bed but none wear available. “I don’t often write reviews, and when I do, it’s usually to complain! I was also a little sceptical when I saw Belle Vue’s exceptionally high rating, but after staying there, I completely understand it. The guest house really was exceptional. The décor was stylish, the bed and furniture were very comfortable, and the location and grounds were lovely. “The accommodation was great, with a separate living/kitchenette area, It was well equipped and comfortable. The garden was also lovely. The only negative was loud knocking sounds from the plumbing in the neighbouring room which seemed to happen whenever the occupant used any water but hopefully this may be easily remedied. The location suited my travel needs and was a good place to stay - thanks.”

“Recently renovated food room in traditional pub. Staff were outstandingly friendly. Bustling trade with karaoke evening the first night we arrived, great straightforward breakfast.”

“This is a great location for exploring Norfolk. We were only there one night but it was peaceful and accommodated all 3 of us with our dog. The owner was excellent with her communication but not at all intrusive. Nice touches like our own private garden with a BBQ where they kindly left some coals so we had the option to use it.”
